I think she lost her mind
I used to go with this girl Kelly. If you surfed here before you got the idea i liked her. Well she moved to Laredo a while ago. We tried to keep it together for a while but i think we were both ready to call it quits. So I call her up one day like normal and asked her if she wanted to stay together... I was just wondering. She got hysterical so I reminded her that it wasn't another girl, I just wanted to know if she still wanted to go together. She calmed down and I told her to think about it and I would call her the next day. Well I got busy and forgot, (though I swear my mind is like an almanac). I forgot the next day too. And the next day but it didn't matter because she called me. So we talked for a while, normal stuff no big issues. But then I asked her what she had decided, and she got real pissed. She was screaming that she didn't care what I thought, (I was doing the "drugs are bad m'kay" lecture), and that her boyfreind she was engaged to thought it was cool. Then hung up on me. If she was in the same town I think I might have done bad things. I was pissed. There are levels of pissed, I was ready to kill stuff. But I calmed down and began to realize I should have seen it coming. She was going with a guy when she got with me. I should have quit then but I'm stubborn. So I know she can't be trusted. Then she started calling me by my name 'til she left whatever room she was in, (I could hear the background noise). So I know she doesn't want someone to know I'm there. Then she thought I was messing around on her. So she's pissed. I think it was bs but I really don't care anymore. The distance got in the way. I'll bet she's happy now but I'll bet that in a year she is a junkie. People don't listen to my warnings. Just because I won't tell them how I know drugs are bad they think I'm bsing. It's too bad, I really would have done anything I could have for her. Screw it. The Story of my Car
I was about to go over to stay at Casper's house that night, but first I had to do what I considered a "family" thing Saturday. An auction outside of Fouke. I went hoping to get out of there soon and start out with the boys early. I had my eye on a beat up 79 Chevy half ton figuring I could get it with the $600 in my pocket. Well, that turned out bad. The truck went for $1300. Damn. So I stuck around to see what the rest of the cars went for. The auction came upon a 87 Bonneville. The drivers' side window was stuck out at a funny angle. They didn't have the keys right there so they couldn't start it. But the guy that owned it said he drove it there that morning and his wife drove it every day. Opening speech over I spaced out figuring a farm boy would snatch it up, love it a little, and resell. I came to when the auction guy said "That's $300 not $3000". My dad asked if I wanted to try for it, I figured "What the hell!" and told him to go 'til $500. We bid. Another guy bids. We bid. The guy said sell it at $450. Went to pay $450 plus their 10%. They added $75 for title transfer. So I got out the door at $600.94 with taxes. Put the key in, started easy, pushed the window down, it worked fine. Just needs a little clip. Oil Pressure Indicator is messed up in the dash, so I just installed a manual gauge. Needs a tune up. Still dirty and the birds in the tree its parked under must have chronic diarrhea. But its slowly coming together. I'm working on a license so I can drive the thing to get it inspected. Turns out I need insurance too. Most quotes I got are around $700 for 6 months then I can get better. Who would have thought that the car being in my name, and me being the primary driver never being insured before would be expensive.

I got an eyemodule for my PDA a while ago so I could take pictures. Then today I replaced the battery in the car for $60 which is an insane price. so I just had to get some pictures of the car for the site. Here they are....
